If you must cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before will be charged 50% of the service booked. No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked. Last minute cancellations (less than 4 hours before your appointment) will be considered a no show, resulting in payment for 100% of service. Arriving 5 minutes past your appointment time will be considered a no show, resulting in payment for 100% of service, and you will have to reschedule for another time. All sales final, no refunds under any circumstances. Please no children or extra guests. We LOVE your kiddos! But due to limited space, the nature of our work, and the length of the appointments, please do not bring children or other guests to your appointment that do not have an appointment of their own. We want to do our best to respect everyone’s time in the salon with minimal distractions and interruptions and keep everyone safe! If you are accompanied by children or other guests upon arrival for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will be incurred.
